Standardized Operating Procedures

New York Real Property Law §442-H requires real estate brokers to adopt standardized operating procedures for what prospective homebuyers must provide before receiving services (for example, identification, a mortgage pre-approval, or an exclusive buyer agreement), and to post them online.
