Privacy policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
This policy explains how Senator Realty Estates Inc ("we") handles information you give us through senatorrealty.com.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, property address and details, and your message, plus the date, time and your internet (IP) address, which we keep as a record of your consent to be contacted. Our web server keeps standard access logs. This site does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request and provide real estate brokerage services you ask about, to keep records required of licensed brokers, and to prevent spam and abuse. Your request is stored in our private customer database, which only our staff can access.
Calls, texts and email
If you check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email about your request. Consent is not required to buy or receive any service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us by phone or email and we will stop. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry for anyone who has not given us consent.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the agent handling your request, with service providers that host our website and database for us, when you ask us to (for example, with your attorney), or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (718) 569-2020 or by using the form on our contact page. We keep records we are legally required to keep.
Security
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to your information to people who need it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
