About Madison
Madison is the residential area around Quentin Road and Avenue R between Midwood, Marine Park and Sheepshead Bay, home to James Madison High School. Blocks mix detached and semi-detached houses, 2- and 3-family homes and apartment buildings, with a busy shopping strip and B and Q train service nearby.
Many Madison houses were built between the 1920s and 1930s, so renovations, roofs and boilers often matter as much as square footage when we price a home.
