Gravesend, Brooklyn: home values and selling
Recorded sale prices, local housing, and a free home value from a licensed Brooklyn broker.
About Gravesend
Gravesend is one of Brooklyn's original colonial towns, settled in the 1640s. Today it is a dense mix of row houses, 2- and 3-family homes, small apartment buildings and newer condos, served by the F train along McDonald Avenue and the N train, with Avenue U as a busy commercial street.
Gravesend's large share of 2- and 3-family homes means rent rolls, legal unit counts and certificates of occupancy are a big part of how buyers value a property.
