Paying rent
Online rent payment is not available on this website yet. Pay rent the way your lease or your welcome letter from us describes. If you're not sure, call or text (718) 569-2020 and we'll confirm the payment method and your balance.
Be careful with any message asking you to send rent to a new account or person. Always confirm a change by calling us at the number above.
Your rights
You have the right to a safe, well-maintained home, and to request repairs without retaliation. New York City also requires heat from October 1 to May 31 and hot water all year. You can also contact NYC 311 or HPD about conditions in your building.
